Lorin is a spoken-word poet, teaching artist and feminist who co-founded the Enough Said poetry slam and is published in Going Down Swinging’s audio anthology. Lorin has toured the USA poetry slam circuit, featured at the Women of the World Poetry Slam in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and self-published an EP titled Poems.

Slam Poetry Workshops (session 2)

Slam poetry gives voice to a range of political and social issues. In this workshop participants will work on a piece about the things that matter to them. They will have the opportunity to perform their work at the Teenspeak Poetry Slam in the afternoon.

Teenspeak Poetry Slam (session 3)
Participants from the workshops have the chance to share and discuss their work to their peers, families and friends. This event will be hosted by our workshop hosts.
